Senior Assistant/ Manager (Change Management Unit), Office of Strategy Management

The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) sits at the heart of SingHealth's strategic agenda, working across institutions and functions to drive change that matters — for our people, our patients, and the future of healthcare in Singapore.

We are seeking a Senior Assistant/ Manager to join our Change Management Unit (CMU) in driving organisational transformation and developing change management strategies across SingHealth. You will take on a lead or supporting role across a broad portfolio of strategic projects, working with diverse stakeholders in an environment that is fast-moving, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely impactful.

What You Will Do:

You will support OSM leaders in developing strategic change management plans and work with project managers and domain leads to communicate and implement change initiatives across the cluster. You will monitor progress to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to operations.

A key part of the role involves structuring and solving complex problems, developing practical frameworks and preparing research and briefings for senior leaders and the Board. You will scope and manage projects or workstreams, develop key project documentation and provide status updates and recommendations to senior management.

You will also develop communications and engagement plans, and conduct workshops, interviews, focus group discussions and surveys. This includes supporting the building of business cases, success measures, change readiness and impact assessments, training activities and recommendations on operating model changes.

In addition, you will help strengthen change management capabilities across SingHealth, guide junior team members and provide secretariat support for key management meetings, townhalls and retreats, including preparing materials and presentations for senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a relevant field
• At least 4 years of working experience in an in-house strategy, corporate development, or change management role within a large, matrix organisation
• Prior experience in strategy or management consulting and/or healthcare sector knowledge or experience across multiple industries, including start-ups, would be advantageous
• Strong structured thinking and issue-based problem-solving capabilities, with the analytical rigour to make sense of complex topics quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas persuasively and effectively at all levels
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and ad hoc demands within tight timelines
• Intellectually curious, resilient, and driven individual, with a strong sense of ownership and a keen approach to continuous learning
