What you'll do

  • Maintain and operate Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.
  • Manage privileged account onboarding, monitoring, and lifecycle processes.
  • Administer endpoint protection and EDR platforms.
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to PAM and endpoint security incidents.
  • Ensure security controls comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform security health checks, configuration reviews, and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, service optimization, and risk reduction.
  • Support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, identity, and service teams to continuously enhance cybersecurity controls.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or security operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.
  • Experience working in enterprise IT and OT environments with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. Security+, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500) are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, risk-based mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Customer-oriented approach and passion for delivering secure, reliable services.

Salary range in Poland: 10 920 to 13 640 zl. gross per month. Final offer depends on candidate's experience and competence.
