How you create impact

In this customer-facing role, you will manage customer relationships, support account growth, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and operational collaboration. 

• Manage a portfolio of Sea Logistics customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with Sales and Operational Care teams to support customer growth and deliver service excellence.
• Support pricing requests, spot quotes, and customer profitability initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities, resolve customer concerns, and monitor account performance.

What we would like you to bring

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in freight forwarding and account management.

• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Sea Logistics.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Financial awareness and commercial acumen
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on customer success
