SCM Specialist Coordination - Fixed-Term until December 31, 2028 (f/m/x)

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Checking customer call-offs for plausibility and coordination with customers
• Production planning (order control) of manufacturing in coordination with the production team leaders as well as creation of production orders in SAP
• Scheduling of trucks and organization of special trips
• Checking and forwarding material call-offs to our suppliers, including their deadline tracking
• System-supported monitoring and control of inventories within defined limits

This is what you bring to us:

• Three-year commercial vocational training
• Extensive professional experience in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good English skills
• High level of commitment and resilience
