SCM Associate Coordination (f/m/x)

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Coordination and optimization of plant supply chain processes, including the management of continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Production planning for complex and new product series based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability, following HEIJUNKA principles
• Management of customer demand, call-offs, and JIT/JIS requirements, including communication regarding delivery plan deviations
• Coordination of raw material procurement and inventory management to ensure material availability and SAP inventory accuracy
• Analysis of customer forecasts, stock levels, and supply chain data to support efficient production and material planning

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Planning, Purchasing, or a comparable manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in SAP MM, PP, and SD, combined with advanced digital process and EDI/WEB-EDI knowledge
• Proven experience in managing new product launches, series phase-outs, and complex supply chain operations
• Customer-oriented mindset, strong coordination skills, and business-fluent English; additional German and/or French language skills are considered an asset
