Job Description & Summary

Contribute to creating a better tomorrow

The only way we can tackle the challenges of this fast-changing world is with passionate people. Guided by our purpose — building trust and solving important problems — we come together at PwC to drive real, positive impact.

Are you eager to join a team fueled by open and curious minds? People who are passionate about what they do and bring fresh ideas to the table every day? Then you're exactly where you need to be.

Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a real impact.

We're looking for bright, motivated interns to join our Human Resources department. As part of the Human Capital team at PwC Belgium, you'll work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals — each with unique talents and expertise — and take on real responsibilities across one or more Business Units.

This isn't a "watch and learn" internship. It's a launchpad where your ideas matter, your work has impact, and your growth is the priority.

HR Business Partner —   Where HR meets business strategy

Curious about how HR drives business success? Step into a role at the heart of strategy and people, and discover how great HR partners truly make a difference. As an HR Business Partner intern, you'll:

  • Take on an   advisory role   and contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy.
  • Be a   point of contact   for employees and leadership on HR-related matters — a true connector between the business and various Human Capital stakeholders.
  • Help translate the results of the   annual People Survey   into actionable insights, and support the creation of a strategic Business Unit plan together with the HR Business Consultants.
  • Assist in   talent management processes, including preparation for performance and reward cycles, and support exit conversations and related follow-up.
  • Contribute to a variety of   HR projects   related to talent management, reporting, and people experience.
  • Help review HR processes, identifying opportunities for   automation, improvement, and better alignment   across departments and stakeholders.

About you

You're someone who...

  • Is a   final-year Bachelor's or Master's student   in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Wants to   dive into the world of HR   and discover what makes great people strategies.
  • Is looking for a   school internship of at least 3 months.
  • Speaks   fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.
  • Is   enthusiastic, motivated, and a true team player   with a real passion for people.
  • Has   strong organizational skills   and a hands-on mentality.
  • Loves   communicating, connecting, and collaborating   with others.
  • Is   comfortable with MS Office   and has a natural feel for digital tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment   and adapts easily to change.

What we offer

  • An internship at our brand-new   Brussels Campus in Diegem   — a workspace designed for inspiration and collaboration.
  • Partial reimbursement of transport costs.
  • Daily food allowance.
  • Invaluable professional experience at   "the best business school in the world".
  • A   diverse and inclusive workplace   where you can truly be yourself.
  • Inspiring colleagues   who will challenge and support you every step of the way.
  • Fun   team events: afterwork drinks, team-building days and celebrations, as well as community days and charity activities.
  • And much, much more!
