Job Description

Position Title: SAP OTC Consultant (Business Relationship Project management skills is an added advantage)

Work location: Tokyo,

Travel : Takasaki Plant (near Tokyo) once a month

Language : Japanese language is Mandatory

Overview:

We are looking for SAP OTC consultant for our organization. You will be tasked with Application development and deployment projects to support the organization's strategic client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP SD.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure and maintain SAP SD functionalities including:

Sales Orders

Pricing

Shipping and Delivery

Billing

Credit Management

Returns and Rebates

Output Management

Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.

Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.

Support SAP enhancements, projects, upgrades, and testing activities.

Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.

Drive continuous process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) configuration and support.

Good understanding of OTC business processes and integration with:

SAP MM (Materials Management)

SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)

SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

Experience with pricing procedures, outputs, billing, returns, and credit management.

Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and integration concepts.

Experience in incident management, change management, and enhancement delivery.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Experience working in global support or AMS environments.
