• ACH Payments
• Account Receivable enhancements and lockbox interface
• Dunning letters/process
• Customer statements and invoices
• FSCM (Collection and Disputes)
• Credit Management.
• Potential candidates should have experience interacting with the business and understanding the requirements, and not only technical.
