SAP HR SuccessFactors Consultant

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

What you will be doing

•    Provide functional support and application management for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR solutions.
•    Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
•    Support system configuration, testing, releases, upgrades, and rollouts.
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, external partners, and vendors.
•    Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.
•    Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure HR data integrity.
•    Support integrations between HR systems and connected applications.
•    Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
•    Execute and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•    Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service optimization.
•    Support governance activities related to HR systems and master data management.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of HR technology services and user experience.

What will make you successful?

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM
• HR systems support, application management, or HR technology experience
• Knowledge of HR processes (employee data, payroll, time management)
• Experience with incident/ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience with testing, releases, and change management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a global environment
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and system implementations
• Strong documentation skills and process improvement mindset
• Team-oriented with a service delivery focus
• Business-fluent English and mandatory Portuguese language skills
