Remote Type: Remote Available

This client-facing role requires a consultant with a deep understanding of SAP Concur T&E processes. You will spearhead client discussions, utilizing your expertise to guide design requirements, introduce novel functional capabilities, and enhance business processes. Your role will involve providing insights into federal expense policies, drafting precise functional specifications, and supporting comprehensive configuration testing. A strategic vision is essential to assess the impact of system changes on various user groups, including managers, administrators, and federal travelers.
 

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Possess over 7 years of hands-on experience with Concur Travel & Expense implementation.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Concur configuration across travel, expense, and reporting modules.
• Lead client design workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and manage defect resolution.
• Integrate Concur Expense with external systems such as ERP, HR, and specialized applications like TripIt and ExpenseIT.
• Apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and manage credit card clearing processes in system design.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Analyze and manage change impacts of new T&E processes on diverse user communities.
• Hold active certification in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration (SAP Concur certification highly preferred).
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and technical documentation.
