Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. • Order Management: Oversee the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders. • Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales process. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support function. • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales support activities, order status, and customer feedback to senior management. • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Qualifications and Educational Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales support or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of sales support operations. • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues and operational challenges. • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
