Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

We are looking for an organised, client-focused Sales Support Specialist to join Belkins' in-house sales team. The team is led by our Head of Sales - Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals, with BDRs generating new pipeline.

You will be paired with 1–2 Sales Executives and keep their deals moving: joining client calls, answering questions, preparing contracts and guiding new clients from signed contract to a smooth start.

You will also run re-engagement campaigns to past leads on behalf of your Sales Executives, qualify the replies and hand over the conversations that are ready to move forward, turning old leads into new pipeline and closed deals.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in the US or Europe who work full US business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • 1–4 years in a client-facing role supporting a sales team: sales support, sales coordination, sales administration, account coordination or customer onboarding, ideally in B2B
    • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail: nothing a client was promised gets lost
    • Confident and presentable on client calls: you can answer questions, handle concerns and keep clients moving forward
    • Experience guiding clients through onboarding or managing ongoing client relationships
    • A sales mindset: you understand how deals move from first call to signed contract, and you enjoy helping them get there
    • Comfortable using a CRM every day (Salesforce or HubSpot)
    • Fluent, professional English (C1+), with strong written communication
    • Availability to work full US business hours

WHAT YOU BRING

    • 1–4 years in a client-facing commercial role: SDR / BDR, account executive, account management, customer success or onboarding, ideally in B2B
    • Confident and presentable on client calls: you can lead a conversation, answer questions and handle objections
    • Experience guiding clients through onboarding, renewals or a buying process
    • A sales mindset: you understand how deals close and you've worked towards commercial targets
    • Fluent, professional English (C1+), with strong written communication
    • Comfortable using a CRM every day
    • Availability to work full US business hours

NICE TO HAVE

    • Salesforce or HubSpot admin-level experience
    • Experience preparing contracts, proposals or order forms
    • Experience with email sequencing tools (HubSpot Sequences, Apollo, Lemlist or similar)
    • Background in a B2B agency, lead generation or SaaS company

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    • The SEs you support spend more time selling and close more deals
    • Old leads turn into new pipeline and closed business
