Sales Enablement Specialist

Hybrid Quezon City, Philippines full time

The Global Retail Distribution Enablement function supports the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of initiatives across the Selling Tools portfolio. The team works with Sales Leadership, Technology, CRM and Platforms, Learning and Development, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders to coordinate portfolio delivery, change readiness, communications, adoption reporting, governance, and seller enablement.


The Sales Enablement Specialist is accountable for combining Salesforce administrator-level knowledge with business analysis capability to support business requirements, solution design, platform configuration considerations, and stakeholder alignment. The position also supports the accurate and timely coordination of initiatives, reporting, communications, governance activities, and adoption insights.


Immediate readiness is important. The incumbent must be able to navigate Salesforce architecture and configuration considerations independently from Day 1. Portfolio coordination, change management, communications, reporting, and governance capabilities may continue to develop through on-the-job experience.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Assess business needs, gather and clarify requirements, and translate them into practical technical or system solutions.
  •  Apply Salesforce administrator-level knowledge across objects and relationships, security models and permissions, page layouts, field types, automation considerations, platform constraints, configuration, and governance.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders on solution design, requirements validation, decisions, dependencies, risks, and implementation readiness.
  • Coordinate Selling Tools portfolio activities, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, action items, governance meetings, and executive updates.
  • Support change management, communications, enablement, launch readiness, knowledge materials, and post-launch reinforcement activities.
  • Maintain and analyze adoption dashboards, engagement measures, business readiness information, seller feedback, and recurring reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain portfolio documentation, decision logs, action logs, dependency trackers, risks and issues, and operational standards.
  • Provide accurate analysis and clear documentation of business and system requirements.
  • Independently identify relevant Salesforce configuration, security, permission, data-model, automation, and platform-constraint considerations.
  • Maintain assigned reports, governance records, action tracking, communications, and enablement materials to agreed quality and timelines.
  • Escalate gaps, risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring business or technology ownership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Organizational Change, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, sales enablement, business operations, project coordination, change management, or a related discipline.
  • Amenable to work on night shift work schedule and hybrid work set up (3x a week onsite in Quezon City office)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration concepts and how the Salesforce ecosystem works behind the scenes.
  • Working knowledge of selling tools, sales enablement, CRM-supported processes, or comparable business platforms.
  • Understands configuration governance, access, permissions, data handling, and the need to identify and escalate risks or platform limitations.
  • Day 1 Salesforce administrator-level knowledge, including architecture, objects and relationships, security models and permissions, page layouts, field types and limitations, automation considerations, and platform constraints.
  • Ability to independently assess Salesforce configuration considerations and work effectively with business and technology partners.
  • Ability to analyze adoption, engagement, readiness, and performance information and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience supporting a Selling Tools portfolio, seller experience initiatives, or financial-services distribution enablement.
  • Experience operating within control, compliance, audit-ready, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration credentials, system implementations, workflow tools, platform enhancements, or automation technologies.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and working across a global or matrix organization.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or other relevant Salesforce credential.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, change management, or continuous improvement.
