Sales & Customer Service Coordinator (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and adapting agreed service standards, including those related to quotation and contract management, pricing, and master data.
• Developing and implementing internal interfaces to support efficient end-to-end processes.
• Analysing customer enquiries and complaints, and coordinating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
• Identifing opportunities for optimisation and delivering improvement projects involving Sales, Logistics, and Production, as required.
• Supporting key contacts in Sales and Production.
• Preparing costing materials, calculations, and customer enquiry documentation in SAP (PRS, RFQ) for assigned accounts.
• Processing customer enquiries and preparing quotations for assigned accounts.
• Monitoring and analysing quotations submitted to customers in SAP.
• Reviewing incoming orders and processing them in SAP.

Your Qualifications

• Technical education at secondary or higher-education level.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• B2B experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2/C1 level).
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level).
• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
