The SIOP Performance Management team is responsible for driving operational excellence across the end-to-end planning and supply chain organization. Beyond performance reporting and KPI management, the team acts as a key connector between functions, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance.

Working across Planning, Logistics, Commercial, Procurement, and Service functions, the department focuses on creating transparency, fostering collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support Vestas' operational and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• As an S&OE Planning Specialist, you will play a central role in driving Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes within the Service business
• Your primary focus will be ensuring alignment and execution of activities that support revenue enablement and customer commitments from a supply chain perspective

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, Planning, Operations, or a related business function
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes and operational execution
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional organizations where alignment across multiple stakeholders is required
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution and deliver tangible business results
• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Demand Planning, or Supply Planning is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans
