ABOUT THE JOB
- You are responsible for coordinating all processes in our guest restaurants
- You lead the service team with professionalism and enthusiasm and ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to
- Your daily tasks include mise-en-place of the tables, the individual buffets and the drinks stations
- You welcome our guests personally every day and seat them according to their individual wishes
- You are responsible for wine sales and the wine shop, train your employees and control the setup and service processes
ABOUT YOU
- Completed training in the catering industry
- Several years of experience in the restaurant/banqueting sector
- Good manners and well-groomed appearance
- Fluent German and English, ideally also knowledge of the national language
