We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.

• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports.

• Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.

• Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.

• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations.

Fluency in Arabic and English – Mandatory

Age: Below 40 years
