• Wraparound patient support: Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates handle what falls outside the therapy sessions, so your work stays clinical.

• Language-concordant care by design: Spanish-speaking patients are matched to Spanish-speaking clinicians. You won't be working through an interpreter or carrying translation for the rest of the team.

Location: Fully remote (California-licensed) | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer full-time, W2 employed opportunities for independently licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). Start at 25 hours per week and build from there.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context

• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC

• Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
