Registered Nurse- Emergency Department Float
Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45pm-7:15am)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert, patient-centered nursing care in fast-paced emergency departments.
Adapt quickly to various clinical environments and team dynamics.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.

Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri and Kansas (or compact license).
Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
Willingness to float among multiple facilities based on staffing needs.
