Malt is looking for its next Project Partner (Recruitment Consultant) in Paris to support its growth .

Joining our Community department and working closely with Sales and Account Management, you will focus on the French market while collaborating with our international teams across Europe . Partnering with Key Account Managers, you will manage freelance staffing and delivery for our portfolio of major enterprise clients .

   

Key responsibilities ✨

• Needs Discovery: Qualify and refine hiring requirements for key accounts.

• Sourcing & Matching: Identify and shortlist top freelance talent using the Malt platform.

• Screening & Presentation: Vet candidates and pitch profiles through structured, high-impact proposals.

• Recruitment Advisory: Guide and support both clients and freelancers throughout the evaluation process.

• Deal Closing: Partner with Key Account Managers to secure contracts and finalize signings.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to optimize workflows, processes, and delivery tools.

About you 🧑‍🚀

• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or client facing environments working with B2B Key Accounts

• Commercial Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, sales-driven, and highly results-oriented.

• Soft Skills: Rigorous, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, HR, or related field).

• Languages: Native/fluent French (French market focus) and professional English proficiency.

• A first interview with out Talent Acquisition to better understand your background, expectations, and answer your questions
• First interview with the management team to discuss your experience in more detail, address situational questions and better understand our expectations
• Presentation of a business case to the Head of Project Partner and one of our Business Unit Manager
• Final interview with Nicolas, Global Director of PP, to discuss your long-term vision at Malt (30 minutes).
