Recruiter (f/m/x) - Fixed-term until 31 December 2027

People & Organization (PO) focuses on our employees, Webasto's most valuable asset. PO encompasses a wide range of tasks, including recruitment and development, as well as compensation, labor law, organizational development, and change management. The function plays a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting the growth and retention of employees within the company.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Screening of incoming applications for the open positions in the various departments
• Conducting interviews via Teams as well as on-site, including selection decisions and contract negotiations with applicants
• Active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, as well as direct approach to candidates
• Documentation and quality assurance of recruiting processes, as well as maintenance in the applicant management system SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
• Selection and management of recruitment agencies in coordination with the hiring department
• Collaboration with HR interfaces and employee representatives

This is what you bring to us:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on personnel management or further education (e.g., HR specialist)
• Professional experience in recruiting, possibly in direct approaches and active sourcing
• Experience in applicant management / handling applicant management software (ideally SF)
• Possibly also experience in recruiting apprentices and dual students
• Strong communication skills & service orientation (enjoy working with people)
• Organizational talent / structured and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation & initiative
