React/Angular Full-Stack Developer

About the role

You will join a cross-functional Agile squad working on client-facing Banking applications. The team owns multiple high-profile web applications as well as some related backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support multiple client-facing web applications and smaller backend applications.
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile squad together with frontend, backend, QA, BA and Product professionals.
• Collaborate in a multinational environment with stakeholders primarily across the US and UK.
• Take technical ownership of projects and contribute to industry best practices.
• Utilize modern AI tooling to solve technical problems and improve development efficiency.
• Analyze technical challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Support and contribute to the technical and professional growth of team members.
• Work on end-to-end solutions and engage with related areas such as DevOps and other codebases.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular.
• Some experience with backend technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work in an AI-enabled development environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to related technical areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to learn, develop and grow professionally.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A mindset focused on delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving existing solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Strong experience with REST APIs.
• Advanced TypeScript knowledge.
• DevOps experience, particularly CI/CD and automation.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience in related non-development areas such as Product, UX, Business Analytics or Information Mapping.
• Previous experience working in enterprise environments.
