Quality Intern

The Impact You'll Make

As a Quality Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality team through document control activities and the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). You will contribute to ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping maintain accurate and controlled documentation across the organization while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the administration and control of quality documents, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
• Help ensure that controlled documents are updated, distributed, and archived according to established procedures.
• Participate in projects focused on improving document control processes and system efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit preparation activities by organizing and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with quality documentation requirements.
• Generate reports, metrics, and tracking tools related to document management and quality processes.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality system updates.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge or interest in Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a career in Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Excellence.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Available for a part-time or full-time internship.
• Ability to work on-site and commute to Parque Industrial Querétaro (PIQ).
