Quality Compliance Engineer

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Quality Compliance Engineer

The Audit & Compliance function ensures industry quality requirements are clearly understood and translated into robust and compliant internal processes. This includes auditing, implementation of industry requirements, and development of internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits in line with Incora auditing requirements and quality standards.
  • Support Customer and Certification Body audits and related compliance activities.
  • Apply AS9100 and AS9120 requirements to business processes and operations.
  • Coordinate QMS change management activities, including document control and updates.
  • Support process reviews and the development of process documentation.
  • Assist process owners in resolving audit findings and closing nonconformities.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality function.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive compliance and process effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience within the aerospace, automotive, or a related technical industry.
  • Proven experience conducting internal audits against AS9100 and/or AS9120 standards.
  • University degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance processes.
  • English proficiency at B2 level minimum
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Power Automate experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within diverse, multinational teams.
  • Exposure to AS13100 requirements and experience coordinating QMS change management activities would be advantageous.
