Beyond the technical craft, this role is expected to cultivate a culture of customer service and positive, solution-oriented problem solving. • Build and maintain testing tools and utilities, including Excel add-ons, data sanitation services, command-line interfaces (CLIs), and other solutions that make testing accessible and efficient for engineers.

  • Prototype new test vectors, approaches, tools, and methodologies while staying current with industry trends and identifying opportunities to improve continuous delivery and QA processes.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.

  • Support technical calls and cross-functional communications with a collaborative, customer-service-oriented approach to resolving complex issues across supported systems.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Python, with strong Linux system administration and shell scripting skills.

  • Experience validating implementations against System Design Documentation, Product Owner priorities and requirements, and applicable functional and security compliance standards, with strong communication and collaboration skills to represent QA in technical and cross-functional discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:
