Overview:

Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Position Status: Full Time, Day Shift

Position Location: Remote

Overview

Ensure that Home Care products and services meet established quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with other departments to address quality issues. Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. May provide training and support to team members to ensure quality is maintained throughout the organization.

Education

  • Associate's Degree Nursing (Required)

Certification/Licensure

  • RN (Required) - Active in Virginia
  • BLS (Required within 90 days)

Experience

  • 1 year experience required in Healthcare Quality Improvement or Data Analysis

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $94,972.80 - $143,915.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
