Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake or Siemens, use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.
With a team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.
At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Your mission is to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across all integration partners. - Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI.
- Understand, review, and validate business requirements translated from the customer by the partner.
- Understand, review, and validate design architecture.
- Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of the models configured for the customer.
- Determine when to escalate issues to a Senior Architect and/or the partner to address identified gaps.
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Pigment’s Product Team to design and build GenAI-based QA tools that support and accelerate all QA activities.
- Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling activities.
- Provide level-1 support to partners on integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs).
- Onboard onto the Pigment platform, complete full certification, and begin your path toward Pigment modeling mastery.
- Apply learnings from each experience to improve your performance and contribute to the growth of the wider Pigment ecosystem.
Who you are
- Structured and well-organized, with strong project management skills.
- Skilled at understanding and building complex systems (EPM, ERP, Data Warehouse) while maintaining clarity on the underlying business purpose.
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within software implementation; experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive is especially relevant.
- Strong communicator, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled at translating detailed data analysis and technical insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset when working cross-functionally with other departments and partners.
- Exercises sound judgment in identifying when topics require escalation to senior team members, ensuring the right level of information is communicated.
- A strong learner, especially in new domains; our customers’ use cases and businesses are highly diverse—understanding what you are building is essential.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving product; this is not standard B2B software—we are only 1% finished.
- Fluent in English; French or additional European languages are a plus.
- Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
