🌱 Career Development Plan

• 1st year: INR 50Kper month while learning and gaining experience in QC.

• 2nd year: INR 70K per month with further development in QC.

• After 3 years: INR 1.16L per month in a Senior Purchasing position with greater responsibility and management duties.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates based in Kanpur

• Good communication and Interpersonal skills

• Basic / Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Good organisational and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding orders and requirements

• Assist with supplier communication, follow-ups, and order coordination

• Maintain and update purchasing, supplier, and order-related information in MS Excel

• Support the team with quality control and quality inspection activities when required

• Coordinate with leather tanneries, suppliers, and production locations

• Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues, product discrepancies, or supplier-related concerns

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders, quality requirements, and deadlines are met

• Support documentation and administrative tasks related to purchasing, procurement, and supplier management

• Travel to different locations across India for supplier visits, quality inspections, and business-related activities

• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth purchasing and supply chain operations

• Learn and develop practical knowledge of purchasing, procurement, supplier management, quality control, and the leather industry
