Job Description

• Provide support for compliance of quality management system, specially for the Bosch Quality Principals.

• Check formal correctness of the projects quality plan,verify contained process deviations and document risk.

• Coordinate all the quality related subjects of relocation projects with lead plant, Moderate QG meetings.

• Apply quality methods and review resulted documents, e.g., Process-FMEA, WI, Control Plan 8D, and change management

• Inspection plan/ISIR for new developed/localized products,Process quality monitoring and random inspection,Quality related LPC

• Planning, conducting, and reporting results of internal/external quality audits.

• Support Claim handling – lead/coach manufacturing associates to investigate root cause of customer complaints and non-conformance by making appropriate use of the problem solving methods

• Analyze quality and manufacturing data, identify and drive quality improvement activities

• Quality management system TS 16949

• Customer complaint handling

• Quality tool

• Measurement tool CMM, projector

• Spoken English
