Job Description

*THIS ROLE WILL BE FILLED IN CANADA* Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects. Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and adherence to budget, quality standards, and project management best practices.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects internally.
• Create and manage the project plan.
• Manage resourcing, staffing, and budget for customer projects.
• Monitor and identify project issues early to mitigate any risk for the client, including budget monitoring.
• Align schedules between company and customer.
• Coordinate with HCM PMO team to set up project tools, resource the project team with Rizing consultants, and prepare the client and project teams for project kickoff.
• Track and manage project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.
• Notify PMO and/or Executive Management of risks/issues when concerns arise.
• Maintain and manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions log.
• Track and monitor budget and forecast hours for the duration of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, professional services operations, implementation services, consulting operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, action-item trackers, project documentation, and status reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately rather than waiting for direction.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration/project-management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, client-facing consulting environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification.
• Project Manager PMP Certifications (preferred)
• Experience implementing global SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience managing projects that include the following modules/areas: SuccessFactors Software.
• ERP implementation experience.
• People Management responsibilities on a PMO or software development team.
