Tasks

• Lead and coordinate IT projects and initiatives from planning through execution to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines and resources
• Manage project progress, dependencies, risks and impediments, proactively coordinating appropriate actions with teams and stakeholders
• Act as Scrum Master for agile software development teams, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospectives
• Foster effective collaboration between Development Teams, Product Owners, business departments and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project
• Coordinate cross-team and cross-functional activities, managing dependencies  between IT solutions, business processes and organizational units
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery and agile ways of working, supporting teams in applying agile principles

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in complex software development or enterprise IT environments
• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk and dependency management as well as stakeholder communication
• Good understanding of software development processes, IT architectures and technology environments, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams
• Experience with Scrum and agile software development practices, ideally including hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in facilitating agile teams
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate different teams, priorities and stakeholder interests
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field; project management or agile certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM or CSM are a plus; fluent written and spoken English
