Project Manager - Implementations

The Artemis Platform is powered by our innovative data engine and built for rich insights, extreme flexibility, and ease of use – so you’re spending less time getting to the right healthcare decisions, and more time acting on them.      WHO YOU ARE   We are looking for someone who would be responsible for leading the implementation phase for new client set-up and existing client renewals as needed. This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and design. This position will serve as the main point of contact during the implementation. 

What You'll Do:

• Lead or help develop project scope, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. Statement of Work, Business Vision Document) 
• Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition) 
• Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance) 
• Communicate and report project status 
• Understand different platforms and applications being implemented to be able to direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of a technical project 
• Quickly respond to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion 
• Virtually manage 1-2 Implementation Manager team members by serving as an escalation point for day to day questions and to assist with issue resolution 
• Analyze each client's specific challenges, determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions 
• Oversee the overall project, with ultimate responsibility for success or failure of the engagement, specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery and profitability of the engagement 
• Review project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness 
• Review risks and mitigation plan on a regular basis  
• Be an evangelist of Artemis by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences 

What You'll Have:

• 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects using data and information to make business decisions 
• Experience with healthcare data 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment 
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint 

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
