Job Summary

Ariba Category Manager & Spend Control Consultant         Experience: 6–8 years category management with Ariba/analytics exposure         Translate category strategies into sourcing/contracting plans and measurable control-tower KPIs.     Key Responsibilities                 ·        Gather Requirement, perform fit-gap analysis and develop robust design.       ·        Deliver workshop and prepare required documentations as per project guidelines     ·        Develop category playbooks, demand pipeline and supplier panels; align auction/event strategy.   ·        Define KPI tree for savings, compliance, risk; embed dashboards and governance cadences.     ·        Coordinate with SAP for SAP Spend control tower.           ·        Work with business to collect the required data for SAP Spend control tower.       ·        Work with different teams to integrate CatMan and Spend control with various other applications.   Knowledge & Skills Expected               Domain:                     ·        Category strategy, market analysis, supplier development, SRM.         Analytics/Tools:                   ·        Excel/Power BI/SAC; Ariba Sourcing/Contracts.             ·        Ariba Category management               ·        Ariba Spend control tower               Key Deliverables                   ·        Category playbooks; KPI dashboards; quarterly strategy reviews.
