Position Type: Full-time employee

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

Abut the Role

Our team is looking for a Program Manager to own the overall health of a major client engagement, tracking every commitment across service areas while leading the client through a structured organizational transformation. This is a dual-facing role connecting our delivery teams with client leadership.

What you'll do

  • Maintain a single consolidated register of actions, decisions, and commitments across the engagement, chasing items to closure

  • Oversee implementation of the engagement's operating model across governance, administration, design, and capability partnering

  • Lead the client's organizational transformation and change management agenda, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and adoption tracking

  • Act as the day-to-day bridge between the delivery team and client stakeholders, resolving issues that span both organizations

  • Maintain the engagement-level risk and issue register and produce consolidated health reporting for governance forums

  • Coordinate across service areas to identify and unblock hand-offs before they affect delivery

Requirements

What you bring

  • 8+ years in program management, engagement management, or business change delivery, ideally in an outsourced or managed-services environment

  • Hands-on experience leading organizational transformation or change management programs for a client, including stakeholder readiness and adoption tracking, not just methodology familiarity

  • Proven track record tracking delivery commitments to closure across multiple workstreams and organizations

  • Experience supporting a client's organizational restructuring or operating model implementation

  • Strong grounding in program and change management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)

  • Excellent executive reporting skills, able to distill a complex engagement into a clear narrative

  • Change Management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) preferred; PgMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 also preferred; Bachelor's required, Master's preferred

Occasional international travel to client site is expected.

If you like owning the full picture of a complex engagement, and you're comfortable being the person both sides turn to for a straight answer, we'd like to hear from you.
