What You Will Do:

  • Perform financial forecasting, risk and opportunity analysis, and financial planning activities.
  • Perform cost and schedule analysis.
  • Coordinate quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
  • Provide financial analysis and information to Program Management and program functional leads.
  • Prepare financial charts and reports for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting requirements.
  • Perform cost, schedule, financial analysis, reporting, and funding planning using company financial systems, tools, and processes.
  • Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and reporting.
  • Support the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
  • Establish and maintain program financial and contractual logs, including Work Authorization, Contract Modification Log, and Risks and Opportunities (R&O).
  • Coordinate with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Finance regarding program financial requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyze program financial and schedule data and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities to applicable stakeholders.

 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience and a  minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional organizations, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, in program development and execution.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a U.S. government security clearance.

 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience using SAP financial systems and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience with manufacturing and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
  • Experience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
  • Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience analyzing financial, cost, and schedule data and developing corrective actions based on identified variances.
  • Experience managing multiple financial activities and reporting requirements with established deadlines.
  • Experience identifying and implementing financial process improvements.
  • Experience communicating financial information to management and cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience working independently on assigned financial activities and deliverables.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining program financial records and documentation.
  • Prior Program Controls experience.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
