Tasks

• Training operational employees in the correct usage of Othello, Quotation tool and processes.
• Organization and delivery of Othello system trainings (Ofb, OfA, train-the-trainer workshops) for the target group Local BPOs, DENAS as well as end-users
• Increase of system and process know-how in the context of trainings / rollouts
• Creation of training concepts (user training / train-the-trainer workshops)
• Rollout / introduction of new functions in TMS Othello
• Support the implementation of various international projects and within the framework of the internal expert program "DENAS"
• Responsibility for projects regarding trainings and eLearnings in our regions
• Support the evaluation of the learning successes of the trained trainers and derive from it methodical and didactical measures to improve the quality of the training.

Qualifications

• Vocational training / apprenticeship: vocational training in business or logistics
• or comparable qualification
• Specific IT skills: very good knowledge of MS Office
• Language skills: English B2
• Other knowledge: Every other language is beneficial
• Job-related experience: 1-3 years in adult education or forwarding (air or sea freight)
