Product Analysis Engineer

The Impact You'll Make

As our Product Analysis Engineer , you’ll be responsible for making failure analysis on market failures and internal production failures to support quality improvement and other technical projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deep understand frequency converter and be able to provide application support to intenal test engineer, sales, product manager, key account manager and service manager
• Make regular failure analysis on field failures, locate the failure location, define the possible root cause and validate the warranty
• Make specific failure analysis on field failures, locate the failure location, define/verify the root cause and provide suggestions on corrective actions
• Make specific failure analysis on production failures, find the root cause to improve FPY and reduce CoPQ
• Register all the analysis case to system database
• Well document all the analysis findings to a standard report for both internal and external use
• Provide application support to specific customer case
• Participate in quality improvement project/actives to approach global call rate target

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related
  
• Minimum 1 year failure analysis relative experience in power electronics industry (or similar product)
  
• Advanced engineering skills regarding, analysis and problem solving
  
• Well understand assembly and product test process
  
• Understand handware circuit diagram
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to actively participate and facilitate group meetings
  
• Good in planning\collaboration skills\learning ability
