Job Description

Role- Triner (Digital Operation Training)

Band - B1

Location - Chennai & Pune

Shift Timming - Night Shift 

Qualification - Graduate degree required; Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related discipline preferred

Experience - 3-6 years in Digital Marketing Operations, Advertising Operations, Campaign Operations, Training, Knowledge Management, Quality, or Learning & Development; hands-on digital operations experience strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibility 

1. Deliver onboarding, process, platform, refresher and upskilling programs; administer assessments and certifications.
2. Monitor trainee performance during training and nesting Maintain attendance, learning and certification records; update SOPs, job aids and knowledge repositories.
3. Support transition and knowledge transfer; identify learner gaps; Partner with Operations and Quality on targeted learning interventions.
4. Support cross-skilling and training-effectiveness reporting.
5. Digital marketing and advertising operations knowledge.
6. Instructor-led and virtual training; process and platform training.
7. Assessments and certifications; trainee coaching; SOP, job-aid and knowledge-content maintenance.
8. Training trackers and documentation; learner-gap identification. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and collaboration tools

Good To Have Skiils:- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, DV360, CRM and workflow tools; LMS, knowledge-management and authoring tools; e-learning, simulation or video content; Digital Marketing or Train-the-Trainer certification; transition and centralization experience
