Process Manager - Voice - Data Analytics And Business Intelligence

Job Summary

This role is responsible for transforming raw business data into actionable insights that directly inform strategic and operational decisions. The individual will develop, automate, and optimize reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives. They will coordinate team efforts to meet service level agreements (SLAs), drive continuous process improvements, and support team development and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and automate business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to deliver timely and accurate reports aligned with SLAs.
2. Analyze large datasets with SQL and advanced Excel to identify trends, generate insights, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
3. Conduct data integrity checks and continuous validation processes utilizing ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica) to maintain reporting accuracy.
4. Collaborate with team members to align reporting metrics and methodologies, ensuring consistency and relevance across deliverables.
5. Recommend and implement enhancements in data collection, visualization, and reporting processes using analytics best practices.
6. Monitor daily deliverables against SLA requirements, ensuring timely completion and agreed-upon accuracy.
7. Participate in forecasting monthly revenue and monitoring cost management targets using data analytics tools.
8. Support team development by identifying training needs and facilitating upskilling initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
9. Ensure all reporting and process controls comply with regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements, building additional controls when necessary.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid Proficiency In Data Analytics And Business Intelligence Tools Such As Power Bi, Tableau, Qlik, And Advanced Excel.
2. Strong Understanding Of Sql For Data Extraction, Transformation, And Analysis.
3. Experience With Etl Processes And Tools Like Alteryx Or Informatica.
4. Solid Analytical And ProblemSolving Skills For Identifying Trends And Providing Actionable Insights.
5. Good Knowledge Of Data Validation, Quality Assurance, And Reporting Best Practices.
6. Experience In OutcomeOriented Reporting And Aligning Metrics With Business Goals.

Other Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
2. Optional but valuable: Certification in Power BI (PL300), Tableau Desktop Specialist, or similar recognized data analytics certification.
