About the Role

Blitzy is looking for a Productivity & Enablement Manager to build, run and improve ramp experiences across presales and post-sales. That starts with new hires and continues as we launch products, evolve how we work and raise performance expectations. The goal is the same at every stage: help people become effective quickly and demonstrate that they can do the work.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role spanning our GTM and Customer Engineering organizations. You will build on our existing onboarding experience and use AI to create practical, adaptive experiences that help people learn, practise and perform, whatever their tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and ongoing ramp across presales and post-sales, helping new and existing team members become effective as products, responsibilities and ways of working evolve.

  • Design and deploy AI-native experiences that bring together learning, realistic practice, feedback and application in the flow of work.

  • Partner with commercial and technical leaders to translate performance standards and expert knowledge into clear pathways, assessments and certification.

  • Build shared foundations and tailored experiences that respond to what people can already do and what they need to master next.

  • Run programs day to day, keeping participants, managers and experts aligned and removing barriers to progress.

  • Use evidence from real work to identify gaps, target support and measure improvements in readiness, execution and time to productivity.

  • Partner with Productivity engineering and operations to connect the experience, platforms and data so the program scales with the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and running onboarding, readiness or ongoing enablement programs in enterprise software, with evidence of improved ramp and performance.

  • Experience supporting commercial and technical customer-facing teams, with the technical fluency to work credibly with engineering experts.

  • Demonstrated ability to engineer experiences natively using AI, including adaptive practice, feedback or workflow automation, and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong and AI-native enablement platforms such as Tangelo. Experience with comparable platforms is equally relevant.

  • A systems approach to performance: you can work backwards from the outcome, build what is needed and improve it using evidence.

  • Strong ownership, clear communication and the ability to turn complex expertise into practical experiences while running programs in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation: $152,000-$228,000 + Bonus + Equity
