Was wir bieten:
• Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Koordination von internationalen Veranstaltungen
• Recherche zu veranstaltungsrelevanten Themen; Einholen von Angeboten
• Erstellen von Präsentationen und Auswertungen
• Logistik und Verwaltung von Veranstaltungsmaterial
• Kommunikation mit Vertriebsabteilungen im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsprozesse sowie mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern
Was wir uns wünschen:
• Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation, Eventmanagement o. Ä.
• Interesse am Thema Veranstaltungsmanagement
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Hands-on Mentalität
