THE ROLEAs the Portfolio and Transaction Specialist, you will support the effective management of Everpure's commercial real estate portfolio across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on lease management, portfolio administration, and transaction support. Reporting to the Geo Director, EMEA with a matrix alignment to the Senior Lease Administration Manager, you will help maintain accurate lease data, support payment processes, track key lease milestones, and assist with leasing and transaction activities across the portfolio.
In this collaborative role, you will work closely with teams across Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Construction, Facilities, and Procurement, as well as external landlords and brokers. You will help ensure that lease information is accurate and up to date, portfolio activities are well coordinated, and relevant data and reporting are available to support informed real estate decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead Lease Financial Operations & Reconciliations: Coordinate lease-related payments and support reconciliations for rent, operating expenses, CAM charges, taxes, and utilities. Review billing information, identify discrepancies, and work with relevant teams and landlords to resolve issues.
- Support Portfolio & Lease Lifecycle Management: Monitor the EMEA commercial lease portfolio, including new leases, amendments, critical dates, renewals, expirations, and other key milestones to help ensure accurate and timely portfolio management.
- Support Leasing Transactions & Renewals: Assist with commercial property transactions and lease renewals across EMEA, including market research, transaction tracking, budget coordination, commission invoices, documentation, and internal approval processes.
- Maintain Lease Data & Portfolio Reporting: Maintain accurate lease records within lease management software (Visual Lease), review lease documentation and data for accuracy, support lease abstraction activities, and prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the portfolio.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Lease Activities: Partner with Legal, Finance, Construction, Procurement, and Facilities teams to support lease administration, vendor onboarding, compliance requirements, and other activities related to the ongoing management of the EMEA portfolio.
- Improve Portfolio Processes & Tools: Support improvements to lease administration and payment processes, identify opportunities to simplify or automate recurring activities, and assist with flexible workspace solutions (e.g., LiquidSpace, Regus) based on business needs.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, portfolio management, transaction management, or a related area.
- Good understanding of commercial leases and the lease lifecycle, including lease documentation, key dates, lease abstraction, payments, reconciliations, and renewals.
- Experience working with commercial lease administration or real estate management platforms (such as Visual Lease or equivalent), along with good Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations, and communicate lease and portfolio information clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in maintaining accurate data and improving day-to-day processes.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
