Phlebotomist I (PRN) - Surgery
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Draws blood on patients within Children’s and Barnes Hospitals by venipuncture or capillary sticks.
Applies sweat tests at supervisor’s discretion.
Transports specimens.
Performs other duties assigned by supervisor or Phlebotomy coordinator.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
- Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements.

- Completion of an educational program in Phlebotomy or Medical Assistance.

Salary Range
$16.75 - $22.70 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
