Pharmacy Technician - Full Time | Bilingual English/Spanish

About the Opportunity

Hawthorne Health is supporting our pharmacy partner, Bienestar Pharmacy, in the search for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Lindenwold, New Jersey.

Bienestar Pharmacy is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Pharmacy Technician who enjoys working in a community pharmacy environment and providing exceptional service to patients. This is a full-time, on-site position working directly with the Bienestar Pharmacy team.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position to effectively communicate with and support the pharmacy’s patient population.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and workflow
• Support patient education and reinforce medication instructions
• Serve walk-in patients seeking guidance for minor health concerns
• Help triage patient needs and prepare them for pharmacist consultation
• Assist with OTC product selection under pharmacist direction
• Process insurance claims and resolve coverage issues
• Provide excellent customer service in English & Spanish
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English (REQUIRED)
• Previous pharmacy experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using pharmacy software and insurance systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• NJ Pharmacy Technician Registration preferred
