Pharmacy Production Clerk Associate

Location: 100% on-site in Newark, DE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Up to $2500 sign-on bonus paid out over a 12-month period

Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Pharmacy Production Clerk Associate to support our pharmacy fulfillment operations in Newark, DE. In this role, you’ll help prepare, inspect, and package prescription medications, ensuring orderings are accurate, meet quality standards, and are ready to reach the patients we serve.

What you’ll do:

• Pack prescriptions and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Verify medications, labels, paperwork, and shipping information for accuracy
• Follow quality, safety, and special handing procedures
• Sort, stock, and move materials as needed to support operations
• Maintain a clean work area and meet productivity standards
• Communicate issues to leadership and work effectively on a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic computer and data analytics skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, and walk for the full shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good vision and the ability to review small medications, labels, or bottles for extended periods of time
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Able to adjust to changing priorities in a busty warehouse environment

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 24 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
