Your Role

• Lead strategic pharma engagements with end-to-end ownership of delivery governance, quality, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, validation, quality, data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements across all delivery activities.
• Lead senior managers, program leaders, architects, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting account growth, solutioning, and strategic roadmap development.

Your Profile

• Program Leadership: 16+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or consulting delivery, including significant experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Location: Hyderabad only.
• Large-Scale Delivery: Proven track record leading complex multi-workstream programs, global delivery teams, and large transformation initiatives.
• Business & Financial Management: Experience managing delivery governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, validation practices, quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA, and data integrity requirements.
• Digital Transformation: Experience driving AI, automation, data, and technology-led transformation initiatives from strategy through enterprise adoption.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong executive communication, people leadership, client engagement, succession planning, and organizational development capabilities.
