We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to help us scale our people operations, from contracts and onboarding to payroll and employee administration, with Belgium as our main hub.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations (payroll, contracts, and compliance), mainly for Belgium

• Act as the go-to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.)

• Smooth onboarding/offboarding

• Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Mobility budget, group insurance, eco and meal vouchers, and healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries

• Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, Deel and local payroll partners

• Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules

Requirements

• Good HR and payroll expertise in Belgium, with US process experience as a strong plus.

• Familiar with global HR ops (contracts, benefits, compliance, in different regions)

• Practical, organized, detail-driven

• Tech-savvy with HR tools (Officient, Rippling, Oyster, Deel, etc.)

• Clear, strong communicator and eager to learn
