• Pega Certified Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA)
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Expertise in Decisioning, Strategy Design, and Personalization
• Experience in Next-Best-Action (NBA), Engagement Policies, and Arbitration
• Strong understanding of Customer Segmentation, Predictive & Adaptive Analytics
• Experience in designing and implementing customer engagement and personalization solutions
• Ability to provide architecture guidance and best practices for CDH implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Pega CDH solutions.
• Define and implement customer decisioning strategies and personalization frameworks.
• Design scalable Next-Best-Action and customer engagement solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for CDH implementations.
• Support delivery teams in resolving complex design and architecture challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale Pega CDH implementations.
• Exposure to customer analytics, marketing decisioning, and customer journey orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
