Team Overview

Payment Processing This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Process and validate supplier payments through ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
• Review payment proposals and ensure invoices are due for payment as per agreed payment terms.
• Investigate and resolve payment rejects, returns, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Procurement, Business Units, and Suppliers regarding payment issues.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Monitor aged invoices and prioritize critical or overdue payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare payment status reports and management dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
