Position Purpose    

Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients.   Summons   the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance,  control  or other nursing  intervention . Knowledgeable and supportive of patients, the confidentiality of HIPAA protected information, and other related hospital policies.   

Shifts Available:   7:00 am – 7:00 pm , 7:00 pm – 7:00 am  

Status available:   Full-time

Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year   required   for Full-time and Part-time team members.  

Required Qualifications:  

Education  

• High school diploma or GED.  

What   you will   do:  

• Follows suicide protection policy  

• Assist RN and assistive staff as directed within scope of job description including ADLs (feeding, oral care, bathing, and toileting).    

• Contact RN with signs of pain or change in patient condition.    

• F ollow "Fall Risk" precautions.
